Outcomes such as exam passage, residency match, admission, or licensure depend on factors outside our control — we do not promise or assure any specific result. Any rate or statistic we cite is sourced and dated; eligibility facts are verified per case.
Credential nodes (diplomas, degrees, licenses) are awarded by external institutions. PhysicianSOS structures preparation only; the awarding decision belongs to the institution or licensing body.
Eligibility facts (ECFMG/WFME, KMLE, AMC) are time-sensitive and must be verified per case. Mongolian schools are in the World Directory and currently allow ECFMG/AMC pathways, but hold no WFME-recognized accreditation.
Institutional submissions (admissions applications, credit-transfer requests, MD/residency applications, ERAS/ECFMG/LOR) pass a human approval gate. AI may prepare; a person approves and submits. Nothing is auto-submitted.
We provide coaching and feedback only. Personal statements and applications must be your own work; we do not write them for you (AAMC/ECFMG rules).
USCE observerships are non-hands-on shadowing — no patient care, procedures, or charting. Clinical electives are observational, not a licensing step.
Authorship follows ICMJE criteria based on real contribution. We never arrange or sell authorship, and never use predatory journals.
If you are located in the United States, Canada, or another jurisdiction outside South Korea, the personal information you submit (name, contact details, and information you enter in the diagnosis form) is transferred to and processed in South Korea by our operating entity. By submitting the form you consent to this transfer. We do not sell your information, and it is used only to respond to your inquiry and to operate the consultation you requested.
Cancellation & refund: you may withdraw at any time. Fees are pro-rated to services actually delivered and refunded per Korea's 학원법 schedule; we charge no outcome-tied or success fees and no early-termination penalty beyond statutory limits. Full terms are provided in the contract before signing.
